The "Establishment Ceremony of the Cultural and Creative Design Committee under the China Association of Ethnic Folk Artists " was successfully held at the School of Art, Sichuan University. Jointly organized by China National Folk Arts and Crafts Association and the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, and hosted by the School of Art, Sichuan University, with assistance from Sichuan University Jinjiang College, the event marked the official establishment of the Cultural and Creative Design Committee under the national first-tier social organization approved by the State Council and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The Committee operates under the direct guidance of the China Association of Ethnic Folk Artists.

During the ceremony, Xia Jiangnan was appointed as a member of the Cultural and Creative Design Committee and delivered an expert report on the integration of cultural and creative design with industry. Sharing his experience in creating promotional videos for the Hangzhou Asian Games, he emphasized that overall artistic design tests a designer's cognitive reserves, requiring the fusion of concepts, creativity, and aesthetics to produce innovative designs while preserving the core cultural spirit.

The Cultural and Creative Design Committee aims to establish a comprehensive platform that integrates skill inheritance, creative innovation, talent cultivation, information exchange, and market services, thereby promoting the prosperous development of national folk arts

and crafts. 由中国民族民间工艺美术家协会与清华大学美术学院联合主办，四川大学艺术学院承办，四川大学锦江学院协办的“中国民族民间工艺美术家协会文化创意设计专业委员会成立大会”在四川大学艺术学院顺利召开。此次大会标志着国家一级社会团体——中国民族民间工艺美术家协会下新设的文化创意设计专业委员会正式成立，并接受协会的直接领导。

会上，夏江南老师被聘任为首届文化创意设计专业委员会委员，并作了专题报告。他结合自己为杭州亚运会创作宣传片的经验，深入探讨了文化创意设计与产业发展的融合路径。夏江南老师强调，艺术整体设计是对设计者认知储备的综合考验，需将观念、创意与美学融为一体，在坚守文化核心精神的同时，注入创新“心意”。

文化创意设计专业委员会旨在构建技艺传承、创意创新、人才培养、信息交流及市场服务的全方位专业平台，推动民族民间工艺美术的繁荣发展。
